The year 2024 was a busy and inspiring one for us, full of training courses, coaching sessions and international cooperation, which have helped both learners and professionals to acquire new skills and achieve higher goals. We have supported the development of the green sector with training in Estonia and abroad, participated in Erasmus+ projects and cooperated with European landscape associations. At the same time, we have also improved our own knowledge at international training courses and conferences, bringing back fresh ideas and methods to offer even higher quality and more meaningful solutions.

We became members of the Association of Adult Educators ANDRAS and the Estonian Association of Landscape Architects.
We also learned
In Tenerife, in the Erasmus+ adult education mobility project “Language learning without a language of mediation: getting to know modern methodology and best practices 2”, which gave us the opportunity to follow the work of the local language teachers and the language school as a job shadow for a week.
Coaching with systemic constellation under the guidance of Kim Leischner, which opened up new ways to support clients’ deeper insights and development.
In Thailand, where the World Game 2024, the global conference of Erickson Coaching International, took place. The greatest value of the conference is the RISE association born there, which brings together coaches from almost every continent and whose aim is to support and empower its members at its regular online meetings. In addition to the conference, we improved our skills as coaches and trainers at the Train the Trainer and How Life Works is Awe-So-Me trainings.
