Interactive Planning Approach
The goal of the training is to give to participants a deeper understanding of the outcome-based approach and levels of the European Qualification Framework in order to create learning process reaching maximum potential of each VET student. All teaching and learning must be aligned with the learning outcomes.
Learning outcomes
- Understand outcome-based teaching and learning: Gain a clear understanding of the principles and practices of outcome-based education.
- Formulate professional behavior and learning outcomes: Create learning outcomes and assessment criteria aligned with the European Qualification Framework (EQF) levels.
- Plan learning processes: Design educational processes based on outcome-based principles and EQF levels.
- Develop tailored implementation units: Create units of instruction that meet specific teaching needs while incorporating methods to support VET students’ self-directed and reflective learning.
- Reflect on personal learning: Engage in self-reflection through setting goals and evaluating personal learning progress.

Anu Vaagen is an accomplished trainer and coach dedicated to bridging the gap between vocational education and training (VET) schools and the green sector industry.
Raili Laas, MBA
Raili Laas is a skilled trainer and coach focused on fostering collaboration between VET schools and companies in the green sector.
Anu Vaagen (MA) and Raili Laas (MBA) are experienced trainers and coaches who work to align VET schools with labor market needs, particularly in the green sector. They have trained VET teachers and educators across countries including Estonia, Denmark, the Netherlands, Spain, Hungary, Romania, Czech Republic, Finland, and China.
