1. WHAT DATA IS COLLECTED?
1.1. When registering for participation in training/project activities, the participant’s first and last name, personal identification code, phone number, email address and company are requested.
1.2. For paid training courses, the billing payer’s information is requested: name, personal identification code or registration code, address and email address.
1.3. The training/project activities participant and the training client are responsible for the accuracy of the submitted data.
1.4. We use the entered data for the preparation, conduct and follow-up activities of the training/project activities.
2. HOW IS DATA PROCESSED?
2.1. Personal data is shared with third parties only to the extent necessary to fulfill the purposes of the training/project activities, for example, sharing data with trainers to enable training structure tailored to personal needs.
2.2. OÜ Yebisu Eesti may use photos and video recordings taken during training/project activities on its website, social media accounts and other information channels in the media.
3. HOW IS DATA STORED?
3.1. Data is stored securely in a confidential electronic information system.
3.2. Data is stored until the fulfillment of objectives arising from training/project activities.
3.3. Documents are stored until the end of the prescribed retention period or transfer to archives. Documents that exceed the retention period are destroyed.
3.4. When storing personal data, including documents containing personal data, we follow the principle that we store data only as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which we collected the data, or as long as data storage is legally required.
3.5. In the case of contractual relationships, we store data for 10 years from the end of the contractual relationship.
4. WHAT ARE THE RIGHTS RELATED TO PERSONAL DATA?
4.1. Your rights as a data subject are more specifically set out in Articles 15-22 of EU Regulation 2016/679, which you can review here.
4.2. If the processing of your personal data is based on your previously given consent, you have the right to withdraw consent at any time.
4.3. The training/project activities participant has the right to refuse to appear in photos and recordings by notifying the OÜ Yebisu Eesti data protection responsible person in writing.
4.4. You have the right to demand correction of personal data concerning you if it has changed or is otherwise insufficient, incomplete or incorrect. In addition, you have the right to demand completion of incomplete personal data arising from the specific purpose of processing.
4.5. You have the right to demand restriction or deletion of the processing of your personal data in certain specific cases. Primarily in cases where we no longer have a legal basis for processing your personal data.
4.6. Training/project activities participants and training clients have the right to ask OÜ Yebisu Eesti for clarifications regarding personal data protection.
4.7. At any time, you have the right to submit objections to our decisions and activities as a complaint or to turn to an administrative court. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Data Protection Inspectorate.
5. WHAT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PERSONAL DATA COLLECTOR AND PROCESSOR?
5.1. OÜ Yebisu Eesti processes the data of training/project activities participants and training clients for the purposes defined in the Personal Data Protection Act.
5.2. OÜ Yebisu Eesti is responsible for the protection and purposeful use of the data of training/project activities participants and training clients.
5.3. OÜ Yebisu Eesti is responsible for the purposeful use of data when sharing data with third parties.
OÜ Yebisu Eesti has the right to change the personal data protection terms unilaterally at any time. The current terms are always reflected on the OÜ Yebisu Eesti website.
