Learning Outcomes

  • Understand the nature and principles of outcome-based teaching and learning;
  • Formulate professional behaviour, learning outcomes, and assessment criteria according to the levels of the European Qualifications Framework (EQF);
  • Plan the learning process based on outcome-based principles and EQF levels;
  • Develop implementation units that respond to specific teaching and learning needs;
  • Use various methods to support VET students' self-directed and reflective learning;
  • Integrate AI tools to design, personalise, and assess learning activities that enhance results;
  • Reflect on their own professional growth through goal setting and evaluation.

Participants are awarded with a certificate of completion.

Raili Laas

Raili Laas, MBA

A skilled trainer and coach focused on fostering collaboration between VET schools and companies in the green sector.

Anu Vaagen (MA) and Raili Laas (MBA) are experienced trainers and coaches who work to align VET schools with labor market needs, particularly in the green sector. They have trained VET teachers and educators across countries including Estonia, Denmark, the Netherlands, Spain, Hungary, Romania, Czech Republic, Finland, and China.

Their key training areas include:

  • Professional behavior in the workplace
  • Coaching principles for leadership
  • Outcome-based learning
  • Team building and collaborative learning
  • Meaningful learning and working practices

They have developed a system for recognizing professional qualifications for landscapers and serve as quality assessors for Estonian VET education providers.

  • 9:00 - 10:30 — Session 1
  • 10:30 - 10:45 — Coffee break (included in the price)
  • 10:45 - 12:15 — Session 2
  • 12:15 - 13:00 — Lunch break
  • 13:00 - 14:30 — Session 3
